I had an excellent experience with this auto body shop! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The quality of the repair on my car was outstanding, and it looks better than ever. The owner went above and beyond—he didn’t just fix what was needed, he took extra care to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly cares about their customers and takes pride in their work, but that’s exactly what I found here. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs auto body work done—you won’t be disappointed!

I had the worst experience with this place. I hit a deer and was recommended this place by a friend. Before taking my car here I told Gary (the owner) that I expect perfection and he assured me that that my car would be in good hands. I believed him and went ahead with using them. Once they completed the repairs and I got my car back, I found 4 major issues with the work, some more concerning than others: 1. All of the other issues were fairly simple fixes. Once I got my car back for the second time, I realized that the door that they repainted was now a different color. It was a shade darker. I messaged Gary and he said that they used the s

I own an insurance agency and we work closely with body shops in our area. Smith Collision is at the top of the list for quality and reliability. Our clients have nothing but good things to say about the work and referring people to Smith never comes back on us. Personally, I've known the owners for 24 years now as we used to live next to one another. Top notch people running a top notch body shop. Recommend without hesitation!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Smith Collision. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make my car right—not just repaired, but restored to like-new condition. The staff was incredibly helpful, communicative, and genuinely cared about getting every detail perfect. They worked closely with my insurance, kept me informed every step of the way, and even handled a few extras without hesitation. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this committed to quality and customer satisfaction. I left feeling confident, grateful, and impressed by their professionalism. If you ever need collision repair, I highly recommend trusting your car to this team. They treat your vehicle—and you—with care and respect.

Smith Collision did an excellent job repairing the rust on my 99 Bmw M3. I couldn't be more pleased with their work. The price was fair for the quality of work. I definitely would recommend them to a friend.
